With over 17 years of clinical experience, I am delighted to provide therapeutic interventions in the Georgia (Cobb County) area. My Work
What I Offer
an opportunity where the provider obtains the reasons of why an individual is in need of therapy. The therapist will also perform risk assessment; diagnostic formulation; record history; and start to explore the goals that an individual wants to achieve
One-on-One sessions with a provider where the individual explores their feelings, beliefs, or behaviours, and learn skills to work toward their identified goals.
Sessions with two individuals and the provider to explore interpersonal issues experienced in a committed relationship.
Sessions with several members of the family unit to reduce distress and conflict by improving the systems of interactions between family members.
A 26-week group dynamic where individuals learn conflict management skills.
A group dynamic where women can collaborate about common issues in their lives and feel safe without the stigma of mental health issues.
One-on-one sessions with a therapist utilizing the use of telecommunications technology (i.e. computer, smart phone, etc.) to provide behavioural health services.
