A 26-week group dynamic where individuals learn conflict management skills.

A group dynamic where women can collaborate about common issues in their lives and feel safe without the stigma of mental health issues.

One-on-one sessions with a therapist utilizing the use of telecommunications technology (i.e. computer, smart phone, etc.) to provide behavioural health services.
